Refund Policy

At Study With V.I, we are committed to delivering accessible, high-quality education tailored to the needs of our learners. We understand that unforeseen situations may arise, and this policy outlines how we handle refund requests in a transparent and fair manner.
1. Refund Eligibility for Paid Courses
- A refund of 80% of the total course fee is available if requested within 3 calendar days from the date of enrollment.
- The learner’s course progress must be less than 10% at the time of the refund request.
- Refunds will only be considered if a valid, reasonable, and verifiable reason is provided (e.g., accidental enrollment, personal emergency, accessibility-related issues).
- The remaining 20% is non-refundable, which covers administrative charges, affiliate commission (if applicable), and transaction processing fees.
2. Refund Request Process
- Send an email to support@studywithvi.com within 3 calendar days of your course purchase.
- Include the following information in your request:
- Your full name
- The email address used to register
- The name of the course
- Date of enrollment
- A clear explanation for the refund request
After receiving your request, our support team will verify your eligibility based on course progress and the reason provided. If necessary, we may reach out to you for additional information or clarification.
3. Refund Processing Timeline
- If your request is approved, the refund will be initiated within 7 to 10 working days.
- Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment only.
- Study With V.I is not responsible for delays caused by third-party providers such as banks, UPI services, or payment gateways.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:
- The refund request is submitted after 3 calendar days of enrollment.
- You have completed more than 10% of the course content.
- The reason provided is unclear, not verifiable, or unreasonable.
- You have a history of repeated refund requests.
- The purchase was for:
- One-on-one coaching or consultation sessions
- Special live classes, webinars, or workshops
- Donations or voluntary support contributions
- Customized or bundled training programs
5. Abuse of Refund Policy
- Learners who make repeated refund requests across multiple courses may be suspended or permanently banned from the platform.
- Misuse of our platform, false claims, or misrepresentation will result in forfeiture of refund rights and may lead to account termination.

We are not responsible for technical issues or delays caused by third-party services, including payment gateways or financial institutions.
